how to cum more/ increase semen volume

Picture this: You’re having amazing sex, the best of your life, and you’re getting close. So close. Oh god, you’re gonna cum so hard all over her. You feel like a porn star. She wants it. She’s begging for it. And then it happens and…drip…drip dribble…drip…sigh.

“Did you cum?” she asks.

“Umm, yeah”

“Are you sure? I didn’t see anything.”

Hey everyone, I’m sex and relationship coach Caitlin V, and today we’re talking about how to increase your semen volume so you can climax with style. In fact, I’m gonna break down exactly what’s in your semen and then I’ve got 4 simple ways that will help turn you into the Jackson Pollock of cum.

Now, all men are all built differently! Some naturally cum a lot, some naturally cum a smaller amount. The average male load size is 1.5 milliliters to 5 milliliters, which is about a third of a teaspoon to a full teaspoon of cum. And objectively, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a modest cumshot. But, I know the size of a load can make dudes feel awesome about themselves, so I’m gonna show you how to increase that load so you can dazzle her with your jizz next time.

What is Semen?

It helps to understand what’s in your load. You likely know that it’s a mix of semen and sperm. However, sperm only accounts for 2-5% of your entire load. So, just because you’re blasting yourself in your face when you jerk off doesn’t necessarily mean you have a high sperm count and vice versa. A little dribbling orgasm could still be packed with sperm.

So, just to be clear, we’re not talking about increasing sperm count (that’s an entirely different topic), we’re talking about increasing the amount of semen you produce.

Now, what is semen? Well, it’s a combination of fluids. About 60% of what constitutes semen comes from the seminal vesicles and about 30% comes from the prostate gland. The fluid the seminal vesicles is comprised of fructose, amino acids, phosphorus, potassium and hormones called prostaglandins. The prostate adds in more citric acid as well as some acid phosphatase, calcium, sodium, zinc, potassium and a couple of different enzymes.

Here’s a semi-gross fact: a small percentage of your semen is actually mucus secreted by the bulbourethral and urethral glands.

Now that we know what’s in semen, how do we increase its volume?

How to Increase Semen Volume

While every man’s load volume is different, there are certain habits you can implement to maximize your load volume. Follow the steps below to ensure you’re getting the most out of each ejaculation.

1. Cum less often.

If you’re masturbating every day, or multiple times a day, your semen volume is going to decrease. It takes time to replenish your semen, especially as you get older. So if you really want to blast a big one, save it up!

Also, play with edging to see if holding back your orgasm helps lead to bigger money shots. Or, masturbate without orgasm and then see how much you ejaculate the next time. Everybody is different, so see what works for you.

Also, what will definitely help is my Come When You Want course. By learning how to control your orgasms better you’ll be able to save your load for when you really want to impress her. Or just impress yourself!

2. Hydrate!

As with most parts of your body, semen production is improved when you’re hydrated. If your cum is especially thick or sticky, it might be because you’re dehydrated. We all know who Peter North is, right? I feel like everyone does even if they don’t admit it. He’s that 90s porn star who shoots ENORMO loads. Like, buckets of cum. He swears by coconut water.

Now, an asterisk, Peter North is also genetically inclined to shoot huge loads so chugging coconut water isn’t going to immediately turn your cumshots into firehose. But it may help you make modest improvements to your load size.

3. Take your vitamins.

Specifically, zinc and vitamin C because again, zinc and citric acid are part of your load. There’s also evidence that vitamin D3 and folic acid help, but again everybody is different. And, also, supplements can get expensive so just keep in mind what you’re willing to spend to achieve that pornstar load.

4. Maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Like anything sex-related, eating well, getting those good antioxidants and exercising are likely going to help. Hip-thrusting exercises will help you increase sensation and gain more control over your thrusting so you can come when you want and really build up that load.

If All Else Fails

If you are seeing a dramatic decrease in your load size, it might be worth seeing a urologist.

Sometimes decreased semen volume can be a symptom of diabetes, low testosterone, prostate issues, high blood pressure or even depression. But again, as you get older, like in your 30s or 40s and beyond, your load sizes will likely decrease a little so a little less than normal is actually perfectly normal.

That about does it for semen volume. You know what it is and how to increase it, so you can be the cum god you’ve always wanted to be! And now that I’ve blasted you in the face with my semen volume facts, it’s time for you to like, share, subscribe and comment with any tips or tricks you’ve across that have helped you become the next Peter North (results may vary!)
