NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

1. Sponsor

BPP Coaching Inc, 917 W Washington Blvd #188, Chicago, IL 60607 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents (50 U.S. states + DC), 18+. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and affiliates of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void in U.S. territories and where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

Begins October 10, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends February 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

There are two prize pools: Pool A and Pool B. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

A. Purchase Methods

• Pre-order/Purchase 1 Book: One (1) entry into Pool A per person when you submit your order number and purchase email via the Promotion Site.
• Buy 5+ Copies (aggregated allowed): One (1) entry into Pool B per person when you provide your order number(s) and purchase email via the Promotion Site. Aggregated purchases from multiple retailers are permitted; Sponsor may verify in its discretion.
• Summit VIP Upgrade: One (1) entry into Pool B per person will be automatically applied when you purchase the Summit VIP upgrade during the Promotion Period. Automatic inclusion is based on matching the purchase email to your entry email; if different, you must submit a brief linkage form on the Promotion Site.

B. AMOE (No Purchase Necessary) — Online

Visit the Promotion Site and select “No Purchase Entry.” Complete the form (valid email verification and CAPTCHA required) and choose either Pool A or Pool B for one (1) entry with equal odds.

C. Parity, Limits & Anti-Fraud

To ensure equal treatment: maximum one (1) entry per person per pool (i.e., one for Pool A and one for Pool B; maximum two total) regardless of method of entry. If an entrant qualifies for Pool B via both the 5+ Copies method and the Summit VIP Upgrade, only one (1) Pool B entry will be credited. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and may be disqualified. Use of multiple emails/identities/devices to exceed limits may result in disqualification.

D. Purchase Verification

• 1 book (Pool A): Order number + purchase email.
• 5+ copies (Pool B): Order number(s) + purchase email (no receipt upload required).
• VIP upgrade (Pool B): Automatic match to purchase email; if purchased under a different email, entrant must link accounts via the Promotion Site.
  Sponsor may request additional documentation or conduct retailer confirmation to verify eligibility; failure to timely provide verification may result in disqualification.

5. Prizes & Approximate Retail Values (ARV)

Total winners: three (3), subject to the one-prize-per-household limit in Section 8.

Pool A — Two (2) Winners Total

• A1: One-on-One Coaching Session (1 winner). One (1) 90-minute private coaching session with Caitlin delivered online. ARV: $2,500. Must be scheduled and used within 12 months of winner notification; 90 days’ advance notice required; subject to Caitlin’s calendar availability and blackout dates (including major holidays and other dates in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion).
• A2: Course Bundle (1 winner). Access to all 13 Caitlin courses delivered in winner’s online member portal. ARV: $2,500. If winner already owns any included courses, no substitution or credit is provided; access to the full bundle will be granted.

(For clarity: a single individual cannot win both Pool A prizes; see Sections 6 and 8.)

Pool B — One (1) Winner

Private Retreat. A customized retreat experience with Caitlin consisting of a 4-hour private session delivered online by default, plus one (1) 60-minute prep call and one (1) 60-minute integration call conducted online. ARV: $6,000 (for the online format). An optional in-person format may be available subject to additional fees and scheduling. The default in-person location is Los Angeles, California.

If the winner requests an in-person format:
(i) the winner is responsible for (A) Sponsor’s in-person service surcharge (including additional time required for in-person delivery), (B) assistant/support personnel fees, and (C) facility/venue/location costs;
(ii) if the winner requests an in-person location outside Los Angeles, the winner is also responsible for Sponsor’s travel, lodging, and reasonable out-of-pocket expenses, as well as any additional time required for travel or additional personnel; and
(iii) all such fees and costs will be quoted by Sponsor in writing and must be accepted by winner prior to scheduling. If the parties do not agree to such fees/costs, the retreat will be provided online at no additional cost.

The retreat must be scheduled and completed within 12 months of winner notification; 90 days’ advance notice is required; scheduling is subject to Caitlin’s calendar availability and blackout dates (including major holidays and other dates in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion). The experience is educational/entertainment and coaching-only; no sexual activity is provided, offered, or implied.

General Prize Terms: Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted except by Sponsor due to unavailability or for any reason, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be awarded. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs/expenses associated with prize acceptance and use.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

Random drawings from all eligible entries received in each pool will occur after the Promotion Period (target on/around February 5, 2026, Los Angeles, CA).

• Pool A: Two (2) distinct winners will be drawn. If the same person is selected for both Pool A prizes, an alternate will be drawn for the second prize.
• Pool B: One (1) winner will be drawn.
  Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received in each pool.

7. Winner Notification/Verification

Potential winners will be notified via email at the address provided with entry and must respond within 72 hours with any requested information (including eligibility and purchase verification where applicable). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, fails to provide required documentation, or is found ineligible, an alternate may be selected. Sponsor may require an affidavit of eligibility/liability release where lawful.

8. Prize Limit

Limit one (1) prize per person/household across both pools.

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, where lawful, winner agrees that Sponsor may announce winner’s first name, last initial, and city/state on Sponsor’s website, email, and social media without additional compensation. Any further publicity (e.g., photos, testimonials) will only be used with separate consent.

10. Taxes & 1099

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 to U.S. winners for prizes with ARV ≥ $600.

11. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, or for any reason. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of the Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

12. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or receipt/use of a prize, except where prohibited.

13. Disputes; Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules. Venue for any action shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Promotion is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at caitlinvneal.com. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win, and entrants may opt out of marketing at any time without affecting eligibility.

15. Platforms Disclaimer

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, or TikTok. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to these platforms.
