Getting to Know Rick
What Clients Are Saying…
Special Interests & Niche Focuses
I specialize in working with early ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, and men who want to enhance pleasure, stamina, and confidence in their sexual experiences.
My work blends sexual health coaching with mindfulness, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. Many sexual challenges are rooted in performance anxiety, stress, and disconnection from the body — together we retrain patterns and build sustainable, embodied confidence.
I also offer cannabis-informed coaching, helping clients explore how different chemovars may support their endocannabinoid system and overall sexual wellness. When appropriate, I provide cannabis-assisted meditation and Brainspotting sessions to help clients access deeper awareness, process stored stress, and strengthen mind-body connection.
Clients have access to guided meditations and breathwork practices to support growth between sessions.

These events blended science, somatic awareness, and practical tools to help participants enhance pleasure and deepen mind-body connection.
- Kinky Sexual Health (2019): Developed and delivered training for public health clinics focused on understanding and normalizing kink and BDSM communities.
